I have a N73 Music Edition and it has some problems. Sometimes when I open the message that I just recieved, my phone hangs and I have to remove the battery for it to work again. Sometimes when i take a picture it exits out of the camera mode and then goes back. Also sometimes when I take a picture it is delayed by about 5 seconds. Is it wise to update my phone’s Firmware?

Your mobile may infected by symbian virus.
It will be send through Bluetooth when you transfer something from another mobile.
You Have To Format Ur Mobile.
Formatting will erase all data on ur mobile but u have to do it for ur mobile to work nice
Remove ur Memory Card ,make battery power full and in idle screen press *#7370# it will ask for security code default is 12345. ok it.
Ur Phone will start as a new one enjoy the new one.
format the card using PC beacuse the mobile may be infected again.with FAT File System.
