    …redone? I don’t know if anyone else feels the same way, but I think the Harry Potter films, compared to the books are crap, therefore should be redone. The only thing a liked about the films was the casting, that’s about it. I really hate it when films don’t stay true to the books. And I don’t care that the films would have been longer, and cost more, if something is worth doing, it’s worth doing right, or not at all.

    I dont think so… you say you don’t care that its longer, how longer exactly? the books are great and are soOo long that i don’t think they can really fit it in a movie. besides, the book is ALWAYS better than the movie because it is from there that is derived from. the casts are great, i agree with you on that one…

    your one of those people that wouldn’t ever be happy in that case. Its not possible to make a movie identical to a book, it just doesn’t work the same way.

    I think the films were brilliant, but aimed at children more so than adults, although the films appealed to adults too. I think we should wait until all the Harry Potter films have been released before we consider the remakes lol j/k They may, in many years to come, remake the films as they were so successful, in fact i am pretty sure they will do…

    They miss half the books out, some of them are very miscast and the fact that they keep changing directors means they do not fit together.

    i think the movies were fine… if they want to make them again they should go for soaps make television series in that way they can cover up the whole book..

    They have to miss half of it out otherwise the films would be several hours long!
    Also, you can’t help it when actors die (eg.Dumbledore), someone has to take their place. I didn’t like the new one at first but I don’t think he’s that bad now.
