I’m sorry, but all the genres listed above are the worst kind of music ( If you can call it music.) there is. All rap is some punk-ass low-life black dude, waving his arms around like the dumbass he is, while talking really fast.. Same goes for Hip-Hop and RnB.
There is no musical talent involved in any of it. They use computer generated samples that loop over and over again and did I mention, They sound fucking horrible!

I love the fact that you’re assuming that all rap, R&B, and hip-hop is done by African-American men and that rap/R&B/hip-hop fans are illiterate (by the way, sweetie, don’t insult other people’s grammar while not being able to properly use grammar yourself).

Most rap these days are made by some very unintelligent people who rap about nonsense, sure – that doesn’t mean that all rap is like this. I’ve heard wonderful rap songs with lyrics that actually mean something, rap artists who actually stand for something besides drugs, gangs, and sex… and some of them aren’t even African-American.
For instance, while I am neither a fan nor pay much attention to him – Matisyahu is a CAUCASIAN man who raps about faith, hardships, etc. Rap is also fairly popular in Latin and Asian culture. So much for your assumption that all rap artists are uneducated and African-American, eh? Maybe next time you can use your spare time to do something constructive with yourself instead of trying to start trouble. The only person who seems uneducated and “imature” here is you.
Most R&B artists do have talent – whether it be as a lyricist or whether the talent be in the strength of their voices. And men are not the only ones who sing R&B music; quite the contrary, I’ve seen more women sing R&B than men, and it takes more than looks to get famous – especially in the R&B community; if you don’t have a beautiful voice you aren’t going to get anywhere. Whitney Houston, for instance, got famous because of her strong, beautiful voice – and she isn’t the only one.
As for the instrumental use in a music genre – an artist does not have to play an instrument to be talented. I’m much more interested in the lyrics and the voice than whether a music artist can carry a tune. Anyway, in a lot of R&B music things like piano’s, trumpets, guitars, etc. are used quite a bit. I don’t know what Aleisha Keys would be without her piano.
Come up with a better way of starting trouble… particularly a way which won’t make you look like a complete idiot.

rap music is very educational if you listen to it and have listended to the music. Not to be rude it is not made for white people because the most of them will never understand what rappers are talking about. You are the exact kind of people that we will hear about in the next rap song who thinks that he knows it all. If rock is so talented why they are not making as much money. If you have noticed a lot of the rap stars are taking the rock and country music and remixing the top charts songs into it. just because they don’t play an instrument doesnt mean they are stupid. It takes hard work to come up with lyrics that everyone can relate to try and see.
I don’t like alot of the popular rap-crap out there either.
There are a handfull of rappers though that I do like from the old school days & some current.
There’s no written “rule” however on how to make music. Some people use conventional instruments, others use drum machines & take a more electronic approach.
Music as a whole is constantly evolving, it would suck if music had to be THIS or had to be THAT & case closed.
I take it your not a rap fan, so you probably haven’t heard much more than what you’ve encountered on TV & commercial radio. In that case, I’d agree with you – that stuff is garbage. It’s all meant to sound the same & the people are more “actors” than musicians – all playing a role to sell records.
There’s a host of other R&B groups/artists that do have live bands and actually have a love for music (not just clicks & whistles put to a loop).
People like Van Hunt & Bilal work with actual live musicians & make some pretty good stuff.
Also – I’d be careful with the NEGRO comments. There’s alot of report-happy people on here that just love to play the victim role & cry “racism”. Boo-Hoo…poor them. LOL
