    Hell no. The Rock had actual wrestling skills. Cena doesn’t. The Rock’s mic skills improved over time and he became the greatest person on the mic ever. Cena’s mic skills somehow vanished over time. To tell you the truth, Cena should be sent back to OVW to learn everything over again.
