i can remember watching really scary films that would leave you feeling dead scared for hours after watching it.
Today horror films are just bloody and gory.Does anyone remember the one can’t remember what its called, but a family was in a car when it crashed and all survived apart from the older sister, who died, she later came back as a ghost and took her revenge, so liked that one.what was your favourite horror film of the past????
very true sunshine i agree, haven’t seen grudge 2 yet is it any good?

Horror films is an overflooded market because they can be cheap to make. That’s why you have to watch a lot of bad ones to get a diamond.

    My favourite is Rosemary’s Baby.

Horror films today are just slasher porn…routine plots no imagination..seen it in a better film type effects…how much blood and gore can you fit into 1 hour…basically crap.

Saw ( the 1st one) is the only recent film Ive actually enjoyed…i prefer comedy.

Blair Witch wasn’t bad and the Grudge.
The problem with most horror movies is producers have lost their imagination or have no need to make better movies. The public is unfortunately paying to see crappy ones based on the hype.

some of the scary movies today are pretty stupid the ones in the past were classical and didn’t try to impress the audience with its special effects the ones in the past didn’t try to focus more on action like the ones of today but more on horror which made them more scary
