Right, so i sat down to watch this movie the other nite called The Wave. A German movie.
Didn’t know what to expect, based on a true story, which i find is usually not a good thing.
It’s about this teacher who’s an ex punk and loves the ramones and all that sort and, during project week, gets stuck teaching a class on Autocracy.
So, as a new approach he has the class set up, a sort of, in house autocracy, so as to learn the ins and outs of this style of governing. And everything goes awry…
Just wondering if anyone else out there has seen it.
It’s essential viewing and leaves everyone i know that watched it, including me, feeling very uneasy afterward.

yea man, i’d highly reccommend seeing it. easily one of the best movies i’ve ever seen. especially for provoking a feeling. as in, the movie left me feeling incredibly uneasy, for god reason. and it takes a lot for a movie to have such a strong affect, i think. so yea, give it a look see. 🙂
