I’m a self-proclaimed nerd and about half a year ago I decided to get a tattoo of the quadratic formula. Yeah, you know; negative b plus or minus the square root of b squared minus four a c, all over two a.

I’m planning on getting the tatt sometime this summer, and I’ve been working on designing it. Here’s what I’ve come up with just with a little tinkering on microsoft word and photoshop.

I’d really appreciate it if someone could try their hand at designing this tattoo for me, or just throw ideas out there.

Also, I’m Irish and a big fan of traditional Celtic patterns. It’d be great if you could try and incorporate that as well.
