Instead of just asking “make me a tattoo please” I have went on my own and decided to provide as much help as possible and came up with a very basic starting point, but would need some more advice and ideas please.

The picture is going to be on my chest with loads of lighting/sky/tribal/aztec stuff going up and onto my shoulder….I started off with this:

And have changed it to this so far…still very much a Work In Progress!:

    Note:
The guy on the left is the kind of idea im after with lightening coming from the hand punching the floor and traveling up his body as in a “surge of power” sort of thing??

Positive comments or constructive critisism only please. Posts like “that is shit” are boring and I really couldn’t give a shit what you think, this is my PERSONAL tattoo and i’m here to get after idea’s on how to improve it not to be told how shit it looks.

    Thanks, Liam.:D

Thanks, and no bother about not helping..I wish I could help myself! lol, but my talent can only stretch so far…and even when i’m done on the P.C im still going to print it out and take it down to the tattoo shop and no doubt they will change it again.

By the way the writing on the shorts all means something to me so can be moved/changed…but it must still say “White Mike” and ” HH ABC” somewhere….

    Hi

    A few suggestions;

My first thoughts are get a few pictures of either athletes in pose or anatomy drawings in a similar style so that the tattoo artist can get a more life-like muscular-structure.

I would also suggest tilting the head slightly to one side to allow for the face to be seen but also in part shadow – so one side will be lit up by lightening and the other is kept in the darkness.

You also have to decide whether you want hair or not which will massively effect the skull positioning.

Hands – Notoriously difficult to draw for many artists (even many classical painters struggled) I would possibly suggest gauntlets of some type.

The tattoo itself is going to have to be quite large to get all the detail and then allow space for the writing so does not become blurred beyond recognition.

    Nice concept.

    Take Care

I was thinking the same aswell, I even contemplated joining a bodybuilding forum as I know they love showing themselves off so no doubt they’d be well up for it

I think that is going into a bit too much detail, i’m not sure what to do with the head yet, may not even end up human! (wolf?)

    I’m thinking of boxing gloves?

I’m also thinking of chaning it from my chest…to my back…then have the lighting and stuff coming either around my side or up & over my shoulder??

Thanks again for all your comments! I am taking note and will all be thought about in the final design!
