I have a memorial tattoo on my upper wrist but I want to add an angel onto it. I’d like the angel to be holding a heart with tears in it’s eyes but quite small because I only have tiny wrists.

just reading your design idea the angel you want needs to be of a fair size to get the detail in and to make it look nice,there is no way you would get a nicely done piece on a small wrist.
i would suggest making it larger and have it somewhere else.
