I want a evil clown sleeve but local artist wont draw anything without a $200 depost so i was trying to do a computer generated image of a sleeve and bring it to them. If anyone can do it like all evil clowns/jesters, evil circus i think it would be good, not over kill on detail but something that flows nice. ill paypal money if needed.
