I am looking to get a dragon half sleeve on my right arm. I kinda want it to be a Japanese one with some fire coming out of its mouth or just fire around it.
Sounds nice. I would start by checking out some artist’s portfolios. Once you have an artist you like, have them sketch out your ideas and go from there. Good luck and post pics afterwards! :):)
