This is going to be the first tattoo I’m getting. I’m twenty years old, and I plan on having it properly proportioned to the left side of my arm, starting at the shoulder. I’m wondering how much it would be, I went to a place today and they said the “worst case scenario” would be $200. Anyone have ideas? Critique?
