what do you use to draw your tattoo flash designs with? My pens seem to bleed alot and im wondering what kind of equipment i need to buy for tattoo flash on paper

Why don’t you stop worrying about drawing tattoos and start worrying about just drawing?

Paint, sketch, pencil, charcoal… practice, practice, practice.

If you try to make a flash tattoo on the paper then you can try with tattoo stencil flash copier thermal copy paper machine. It creates the flash image very easily.
