Travel back in time to about two days before you had your first session for that piece.

Shoot your tattoo artist in the head.
Otherwise, I think you’re stuck with a crappy piece of ink.

Ok I will break down my suggestions into teh relevant parts of the tattoo as each bit needs it’s own touches.
These are just constructive criticisms.
Stars
These could do with some reshaping and possibly a little more detail adding to them. Have you considered adding the clubs, hearts, spades, diamonds symbol to the centre as an extension of the deadman’s hand?
Once you get these reworked will look a lot sharper.
Playing Cards
A fresh outline and possibly a burning effect on the edges would improve the shape, also a recolour to make the centre sparkle a bit more.
Skull
Add a new outline and rehade and mayb some more flesh tones and shading. also eitehr thicken the outline on the brim or colour it in black to make stand out more. I would also maybe add some fresh pupils.
Blade
The dagger/blade could do with some tighter lines and a reshade. I would possibly add some more white highlights to the pommel as well.
Tribal
This just needs a recolour and a fresh reline and it will be fine.
Overall the tattoo is not bad it just needs some fine detail love.
