    I am looking for ideas to add to my tattoo of my husband’s name. I want to give it a feminine touch. I was thinking of adding small hearts to each side, but I am not sure. Or I was thinking of adding two doves somehow since doves can also be a symbol for valentines day which is our wedding anniversary. I would really appreciate ideas and opinions. Also, do you think I should add some color to the letters? Thanks!

    you could add a couple of cherry blossoms to it and a bit of shading

    Hi

    Floral and cherry blossoms always work as they can be added either as a main piece or a small trailing piece that accentuates the tattoo.

    My other thought is you could have a single feather floating below the name and maybe add the heart into the wing.

    The letters are a little small for colour to do it justice but that said you could as suggested add some shading and highlights that will make it stand out so much more.
