From what I’ve seen, The most popular place for names and/or last names is the forearm.
Where does your last name come from?
Maybe incorporate your background into it.

Well like Pie stated look into your background & ancestry, see if there’s somthing there you could use. First thing I thought of was one of those sand hour glasses. You could just do what many do and get Sandman tattooed on you in a lettering you like.
