I’ll just go for the obvious answer and say colours?

They’ll fade overtime, they shouldn’t fade quickly if you look after them.
Ps, put some sunscreen on your tattoos when you go to the beach/sunbaking ๐Ÿ˜‰

I agree with Joker….you could add color and if you wanted to get a bit mystical…add a Faiery.

What jumps out at me is this……a faiery in a mystical ocean scene, looking at herself in the water, with your existing stars being part of a night sky… Altho that would cover part of the lower abdomen and some of the side, depending on how much detail you want/put in to it. JMO

Yeah,
I would try colors. Say an outside in fade. Add some drop shadows for effect.
Use a tattooist who works in a lot of colors, and uses GOOD inks and you should be happy!

id actually add dotted shading around the stars and leave the center plain , maybe add some tiny solid black ones
