need assistance with part of a design i’m trying to do. First of the design is based on this nautical star

but instead of ripping off that design i was going to
put this celtic knot in each tip

and this knot will back those up on 4 of the points

and this one will back up the triangle knot on the top point

Where i need a little assistance is in the center. i wanted to put a sparrow (which is blindfolded and perhaps falling) but i can’t find an design that i feel might go with this Celtic nautical star i been putting together in my mind. Anyway the whole point of the center is essentially being “lost” and the best way i could figure that out using traditional sparrow and blindfold him. Anyway it doesn’t seem to be working so I’m looking for ideas.

Also thinking about placing a poem (assuming i can find a way to have it translated into gaelige) in the rings surrounding the star. The rings will look more like those from a compass rose and not what is pictured. With that in mind about how long can i expect this to take. I going to try and get this tattoo next time i pull into Singapore and I may only have a couple days to accomplish this. Will this be enough time?
