I grew up in Florida and my two favorite animals are Hammer Head Sharks and Alligators.
My first tattoo was a Hammer Head Shark in a classic Tribal design that I came up with.
I had it put on my right calf. that starts on the back and the tail raps around the outside of my leg to the front.

I am now working on my second tattoo and would like it to be a Alligator but this one I would like it to be of a Native American Indian design.
and would like to to mirror the shark tattoo but on the left calf.

I am having problems finding reference material on how Native Americans drew alligators.

Im hoping someone here might know where I could find this. I have been searching but have not had any luck so far.
