Only catch im black but not that dark more like a milk chocolate color so i dont know if color would be a good path some people say i can some people say otherwise if it end up i cant do colour ill end up getting #2 Anyone have any suggestions about dark skin and color?

The darker you are the worse color tattoos will work for you. Stick with a kick ass black and grey tattoo.
