I got a pretty large thigh/hip tattoo done about two weeks ago and it’s still healing and itchy with a bit of peeling and scabbing still happening. I noticed a few scabs the other day that were a little on the thicker side in the crease of my hip. It was especially itchy in those areas. I never roughly scratched them, I  lightly patted them with my hand to relieve the itchiness. I noticed this morning the larger scans were gone but when I looked closer it seems like where one of the scabs was there is a loss of color or even a scar. I know it’s still early on in the healing process but my tattoo artist is only here seasonally and I would like to know if I need to get it retouched.
