Will she feel anything different about the tattoo vs virgin skin?

Rougher? Smoother?

Do people with tattoos feel there is anything sensual when a lover touches their tattoo? Let’s say the lover traces the shape of the tattoo with their fingertips. Does that gesture convey any added meaning or pleasure versus the same gesture on virgin skin?
