Ok, I have a 4 year old 1 inch by 1 inch black kanji tattoo. It looks like someone took a sharpie and drew it on. I want to get a certain rose tattooed over it. Is this possible? Can you tattoo over black ink? Also, do artists charge more for doing a cover-up?
It’s very possible. Thing is, that it’s a bit harder to cover up black tattoos. you may have to choose darker colors. All depending on size, and how fadded it is. Check around with local artists that specialize on tattoo over-ups. As always check out the artists work before you go with them 🙂
it not easy to cover a all black tattoo with color you might want to go a little big with the tattoo. but u need to talk to the tattoo artist about what you can it…it not easy
