    My tattoo is less than 24 hours old. I think I used too much ad ointment because some of the ink is coming off kind of gooey. I don’t want it ruined if it isn’t already. Is that normal or is it too late?

    That sounds a little messed up. Although it may be just some of the excess ink. Call the place where you got it done and ask

    As a tattoo is put in 1/4 in to the epidermis…It sounds likely that it’s excess ink….It would pay to check with the artis that did the work….. Good luck
