depends on the role, more manual stuff doesnt really matter.
Office jobs would be more strict about visual tattoos, covered up ones are fine.
Personally I think covered up ones that you see when get to see a partner naked are sexier.
At my old job the receptionist was nearly sacked for having dyed bright red hair and a nose piercing, that is pathetic.

I work with a lot of custmers and i have got a tat on the side of my neck,but i can cover it up with my hair if i need too. I have also just got tats on both of my wrist and have showed my custmers and got good feedback on them, ive been at my job for 9 years and know the peaple realy good so that helps. Yeasterday we found out they are closing my store and i have been worried about my tats but i have been moved to a new store and they know i have tats already so im good. Id say look into it befor you get ur tats and see what they say. Good luck man.
