As some of you are aware… I am slowly losing weight I am dropping from 16.2 stone (102.87 Kg) to my ideal weight of 11.10 Stone (70.49 Kg) at the moment I currently weigh 14.25 Stone (90.49 Kg)…
Because I am loosing just over 4 Stone in weight… I am going to look very skinny… in fact I have not been this weight since I was about 14 years old… 18 years ago…
So I wish to tone up my muscle structure…
However on the 3rd April 2009 (Last Friday) I had the final work done to my Tattoo, which is located on the top of my right arm…
How soon after having my tattoo completed should I contemplate working out… I plan on mainly doing push-ups and chin-ups etc…
I have not quite fully worked out a routine, that I can do at home… But untill I loose more weight I feel uncomfortable about going to a gym…
It’s been severn days… and the tattoo appears to have fully healed… I am now only moisturising the tattoo.
But I may need some touch-up work done to the tattoo…
Am I safe to start working out… or shall I wait at least another week?
Only I don’t wish to cause any damage to the tattoo…
Any advice on this matter would be much appreciated…
