Well if it doesn’t go down in the next 24 hours I would suggest some anitbiotics it could be that your skin is still settling but if it still feels;
Hot
Lumpy
Gets bigger
Starts to weep
Bruising
Get your arse to a Dr asap. As it is it may settle down by itself.
Don’t worry so much just keep a wary eye on it.

i must admit that i have a client that went the same way, found out she is affected by savlon, she used bepanthen cream and it cleared within 1 hour, so thats all she uses from now on with any pieces she gets
this photo looks like it could be a rash from the effects of :
shaving or the pressure from stretching the skin
as matthew has said, just keep your eye on it…… let us know how it goes
