I want to get a tattoo of my state’s seal, Virginia. It depicts a person with their foot on the chest of another person, IE, the tyrant. the motto is sic semper tyrannis which basically means thus ever to tyrants, or It happens to tyrants. basically in laymans terms it signifies the little person or helpless civilians conquering the corrupt government. im not sure i want to get the circle of garland around the picture of the people but i want something a little more dramatic, and ill probably get it in black and white with a little shading. tell me what you think.
