    I am closing this thread down, i have come to the conclusion that you are trying to open discussions regarding work done by a scratcher/ unlicensed, i am also thinking that this is not your younger brothers work…
    if you have a brother that is tattooing then why would you ask on here about if it is safe to shower with new ink……..
