if anyone uses neuma tattoo machines and has had a problem with their operation, shipping and most importantly customer service, you can be part of a class action lawsuit directed at neuma for faulty equipment or bad customer service. its a common complaint that neuma ignores emails or doesnt answer the phone for its customer service number or takes weeks or months to ship items they promise will go right out. legally, neuma is responsible to live up tp promises made in its warranty and live up tp them in a timely fashion. if you feel that you were ignored or feel that their failure to ship products and parts in a timely fashion has cost you service or money, please contact MEMBER VIA PRIVATE MESSAGE to be part of our class action lawsuit directed at neuma to compensate us for out losses. we refuse to be ignored and we insist that promises made to us be honored. tattooing is our life and we deserve to be treated with respect by those who we supported . we deserve to receive working equipment and if their is a problem, we expect it to be taken care of.. its been a common theme that most of neuma machines arrive broken or fail to work properly and customers complaints are ignored for months until they decide they are sick of hearing from you, as a result thousands of dollars are lost by artists who cannot tattoo due to faulty equipment.again, CONTACT MEMBER VIA PRIVATE MESSAGE with a description of your problem with neumas customer service or products. it would be in your best interest to keep a record of all emails and calls sent to them that went unanswered. thanks.
