i think it depends where you go to be honest i would imagine going from experience most will charge by the design,then if you become a regular,or wanta lot of work done they will charge you by the session.Like me if i was paying full price for my sleeve i would be paying 70 pound an hour for the sessions,altho some tattooist can get a lot of work done in that time,some maybe not so much!Depends what you are planning on having done or doing mate.

If it is flash work most artists will charge for a set piece.
If it is custom they tend to charge for a session usually between £65 to £85 per hour.

A piece I am having done on Weds is being discounted at a £5 an hour because I am travelling (cost of the travel over a 3 hour session) and prob because I am also spending a couple of grand with the guy so he can afford it 🙂

I am running a major risk and at the moment taking so many supplements and blood boosters that I rattle.

As I explained to my wife there are somethings in life I really HAVE to do before I die – otherwise I just feel incomplete.

My backpiece is one of them.

I know it prob sounds crazy to most but like evrything I have no idea when my number is going to be rolled so i would rather pack as much into it as possible first.

So I decided to press on and if it messes up I will not be blaming anybody but myself.

You know how it is – difficult to take your own advice. I am also taking a stack of shit from just about everybody.
