I already have a aries tat on my wrist and im finishing up my design for my side tattoo. i have like 4 inchs left to grow. so my question is how much is my side actully gonna grow or is most of the growth gonna be in my legs.
As far as I’ve seen getting pregnant is the only thing that stretches tats alot
This may be a stupid question, but since you’re still growing…. aren’t you then WAY too young to be having tattoos?
That was kinda my thought. Not to mention I never knew anyone that knew exactly how much they would grow.
no aparently guys dont stop growing tell they are 21 on average.
Well, that’s partially true.
A male will (on average) stop growing somewhere around 20-21 years, at which time he will have reached an average of 6′ (180cm) in height. The average growth rate from 15 to 20 years of age, is 4″ (10cm). So if you still have 4″ to go, physics, biology and statistics state that you can be no older than 16 or 17, and in all probability somewhere between 14 and 16.
Oh, and as for me, I say 20 is too young to get a tattoo anyway.
I have no answer to your question though.
what are you planning to have done and where do you want to place it ?
Hi
If you are 18 or older and plan a rib piece you should be fine as the actual torso growth is negligible.
I would suggest avoiding heavy muscle mass areas such as chest or legs until you are sure that you are happy with the size and won’t want to be bulking up.
Take Care
