Hi,
I have a picture of a panther that I’ve found that I think will make a good cover up of a small tattoo that I have. The picture is just a color picture off of the internet of a temporary tat. However, I like the tattoo and will go through some trouble to make it happen. If I take the picture to a tattoo shop, will they be able to copy it, or do I need to have a stencil made?
