Hello,

I got a tattoo when I was alittle younger, and would like it filled in/colored over..

I know, I know.. Shouldn’t have done this stupid thing.. But I was blind of love, whatever..

Don’t post about how I shouldn’t have done it. Please only post helpful comments/suggestions!

I am wanting to color in the middle with black…
I want to keep the outside letters shaping into a heart, but the Justin & Shannon, and the date I want colord in with black shadded out to the tips of the surrounding letters.. Is it possible for a tattoo artist based on your opinion to do this? Would it be possible for a tattoo artist to just color over/ or fill in the letters in black to just have a black middle?

actually to be fair we are very helpful here !!! especially with people that introduce them selfs nicely before wanting our help

as for your tattoo , it work at covering the names up but will look crap !!
the D and 8 are very close to the other letters and it will blur into a big mess within a years time

id go with something different mate… something bigger and dark… PLease dont think to go straight to the largest blackest tribal you can think of. There are many ways to skin a cat.. consult your artist.

Hi

My advice is get a nice koi or something over it then have the wording redone around the edges.
If you get it done in black towards the centre it will likely blur and make a real mess of the area.

The whole thing can be covered quite easily by an experienced artist.

Take Care

Hey!

Thanks so much for not throwing me to the, “Shouldn’t have done that” stuff.

What kind of tattoos would be a good coverup? I wouldn’t mind something bigger at all to cover it up.. I was actually kind of thinking of a large german shepherd there saying..

Always True

Always Faithful..

I will have to get something drawn up, and take it to a artist, and see if it can be done.. I’ll post my “mock up” here too.

Well, if you’re going to be fixing it, I’d say you need to get rid of the text as well, because it actually has a pretty critical spelling error. Whatever you do, leave nothing of the old one.

Huh? What spelling error?

There’s no ‘ (high comma or quotation mark or whatever it’s called) in Always.

The tattoo says “Alway’s” when it should say “Always”

This was on ratemyink, right? I am not sure of what kind of coverup, but can I ask *where* this is on your body?

Hello again..

I didn’t realize that instead of Alway’s should be always.. lol.. Oh well. I’m young, and dumb!

Thanks!

It wasn’t on ratemyink unless my “old partner” put it there.. It’s on my left chest.. Both me, and my ex-fiance got it at the sametime using the same stencil.. anywho.. I hate talking about it because I was so stupid for doing it..

I would like to cover it up with something that resembles freedom, or truth, honestly, integrity..
I was thinking a portrait of my german shepherd, then I was thinking a bald eagle..

I’m still up in the air as to what exactly I want to cover it.. I just know what I want it to resemble is freedom, integrity, truth, forever..
