can someone help me out with some ideas on how to make a sleeve inspired by the poem invictus:
Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the Pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.
In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.
Beyond this place of wrath and tears
Looms but the Horror of the shade,
And yet the menace of the years
Finds, and shall find, me unafraid.
It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll.
I am the master of my fate:
I am the captain of my soul.
What comes to my mind is a man on a mountain (not the top, maybe just a ledge) facing away with a bloody head. And what he looks down upon Is a sea of bodys (souls).
Needs more cleaning up but immediately that’s what comes to my mind. and I’d say a black and grey piece with red in for the bloody head, so thinking along the lines of minimal use of colour to only highlight certain parts.
Like I said it would need cleaning up.
