I just got my first tattoo on Saturday and it is right on the top of my foot
It hurt but I got through it people say foot is one of the places it hurts the most is that true?
Now I am already thinking of my second one and I want this not the writing just the flowers
will it hurt more than the foot and how long will it take you think and cost?
I fixed it.
Bump 😉 I need answers…
I doubt that will hurt more than your foot, feet are so bony, and therefore, painful. But it does pinch a little bit ’round your shoulder blade, from my experience. .
I can’t give you a very good answer as to price, as every artist is different (though I would estimate 250-350) nor can I really give you much of an idea as to how long it will take (maybe three hours or so?), but I’m sure your tattoo artist can give you a much more solid estimate of the time it will take a price.
Also, are you using that picture as inspiration, or going for the exact same flowers?

Inspiration I do not want to copy I think I may make it smaller and I kinda want to add color but i herd color fades fast is that true? Actually if you have any ideas I would be very happy to hear them.
My wife said her shoulder blade hurt worse than the ribs. That is saying a lot. So the answer to your question is…..it depends on the person
I have a rib piece that wraps around and ends under my shoulder, and underneath my shoulder was probably the most painful spot. I agree with your wife.
No I looked it up I am kinda upset about it. I did not know that but that is not what it means to me it is my husbands name he was name.
I like the idea of adding color.
And I don’t know, something about those flowers could be prettier. Perhaps if a different type was used? Are there any flowers you like, maybe you could substitute those.
Hi Callie
First of all why get upset over a brand name? Who cares what they use a name for – it does not reflect on your husband in any way.
They prob chose it because it is either a family name that founded the business or because it sounds nice as a name.
Besides condoms save lives!
As for your tattoo it is def going to be a min of 2 hrs most prob 3 if you are going for a similar size.
Cost wise I always over cost things a bit so that when you walk into the studio you are not short or compromising the ink you want because it is cheaper.
If you take $350 that should more than cover it.
The pain is quite relative but the section just under the shoulder blade can be very painful but the rest is bearable. It will hurt but all ink does.
You will phase out after 15-20 mins anyway so if you survived a foot tat a shoulder tatt is well within your tolerance levels. 😀
Colour does but depends on the colour (purple and white are light reactive so fade a lot quicker) but depends on sun exposure and how well you look after your ink.

Don’t sweat it. I wasn’t making fun. Just curious. Besides, it doesn’t matter. Your husband can’t help that he shares a name with a product.
And yes, Ramses was an Egyptian pharaoh.
