My girlfriend is getting an asian inspired tattoo and wants to work some *vomits* Kanji into the design. She’s looking to translate the phrase “Releasing the Spirit” into kanji for it. We asked my tattoo artist about it, but he just kinda looked like we hit him in the back of the head with a 2×4 and told us he’d finish the design when we got the translation.

Sherav is working on it for me, but she’s really eager to get it done NOW, and asked me to ask ya’all if you’ve any idea how we’d translate it.
