Hi, i would like half a sleeve on my left arm and was wondering if anyway could help me design it?

I’m looking to have a heartagram included in it.

You should probably go to a tattoo artist to have them design your tattoo.
That way they are familiar with the design…and are working in their own style.
Your ink will come out better that way anyway.
