Hi all, i was just wondering if there was a way to fade a tattoo?

When ever i type it in search engines it just comes up with ways to fade a tattoo to get rid of it. Mine is just because im having a full sleeve done and the last part i had done is alot darker black than the rest of the arm and iv waited almost 3 months with no sign of it fading.

It just looks odd and not part of the design, like its stuck on the end.
