hello people

this is a question on behalf of my sister, she has a black and grey piece covering her shoulder which shes had for 3 to 4 years. the tattoo has become pretty dull to others she has. what would people recommend maybe to bring some more life or glow back into it…improving the dullness

Without seeing it I would say a touch would be needed to bring back the life to it. Then have her wear sunscreen and don’t go tanning.
