Looks like a mixture of traditional japanese and maori. But I’m sure someone here with more experience than I could tell one way or the other?

Either way, it’s very interesting. I’m sure if you took those pics to a good artist in your area they could come up with something. Look for someone that has done styles similar, it’s obviously a custom piece so you’ll have trouble finding an exact match.
