Hi everyone.
I have a medium sized tattoo on my forearm but want to turn it into a half sleeve.
It is of a hand with it’s fingers crossed. I’m struggling to think of stuff to put around it and how it would connect to be a sleeve.
I’m toying with the idea of the following…
a heart (the organ, not the love symbol)
A bird sitting on a branch,
An hour glass
Trees

I’d be grateful if anyone had other ideas continuing the theme of good luck and/or living life to the fullest.

How would I connect these objects together to fill in the empty gaps of skin around it?
Any ideas would be very much appreciated.
