If another artist simply goes over it, they’ll have to make the line thicker in order to clean up, at which point the letters will start to bleed together since there isn’t much space between them as it is. Also, the tattoo will still be crooked and placed at some seemingly random spot on your chest. Just get it covered.

That thing is easy to cover up, but it’s far too small to be cleaned up in any useful way.
