If price is in any way an issue dont get that tattoo.
All of those tiny details rely in a super artist.
Any tattooer could do a thing a bit like it but in a few years you will have wasted the extra cash a good artist would have cost and you will have a big old blob on you.

and it is always better to speak with the artist you have chosen, chose an artist first, then visit the shop and talk about budget………who does this piece as Cornishtiger has said, is more important than price,

Hi

My advice is always save up enough as though you are paying for a world class artist as the basic price.
That way you don’t have to pause or take a cheaper option if you find an artist who you really love.

If you are going to save up aim for around $400-$500 that way you are covered for a decent artist rates, a decent tip, and also more ink if you want and have spare cash left over.

As an example my backpiece cost me around $4500 for 33 hours of work.

I know I could have got it for half that price with a different artist but I did not like their work as much and it is on for life so money was not the issue.
