Hi guys,

I got my tattoo finished last week (Tuesday) and it isn’t healing as well as it did before. I have been using Bepantham as usual but it’s majorly flaking and it’ really itchy and red. It looks like I’ve got a rash underneath but the redness isn’t going away.

Any ideas what’s wrong and how I can sort it out would be grateful.

red and bumpy is usually over moisturized…………you have to apply a layer so thin air can breath thru it, the wound must breath,

cut way back on treatment, wash it a few times a day, give it LONG drying periods, like hours, get this piece dried out, after a few hours the lightest layer you can apply

if all goes well, you should peel by 4th day, if you are not someting is wrong, smothering is usually the culprit

I’ve been treated it the same as usual and I’ve never had this before, it’s flaking and ridiculously itchy…is this normal?
