Get lots of sun and avoid vitamins that are good for your skin (e.g. Vitamins C, B, D). Of course, this will also cause the ink to disperse throughout your body, which isn’t a particularly good thing.

D3fianc3, I have two other tattoos that I really like and would like to take care of, though =). Amok, I think he just wanted to give me examples of cover ups. I do agree the work is subpar. Do any of you guys know of good artists in the Quincy, IL area?

I don’t know where Quincy is, but in Illinois I can think of a couple other great artists besides Brogan. e.g. Tim Biedron and Hannah Aitchinson.

Hmm. You would hate the artists in Quincy then. Is there anyone in st.louis you would recommend? It’s about 2 hours less travel than chicago is. After a quick look, Tommy and Jesse seem pretty good, I like their colour work but their portraits aren’t the best (but are by no means bad).

Seems like a good shop.

Alright thanks. I’ll look through his stuff again. Although, I’m not sure I’ll switch over because I really like the work Mark did for me. Plus, he’s just a swell guy. But, gotta keep my options open!
