I get bloody feces.
I spent almost 10 years working in a hospital. Some of those were as a plumber.
Answering a call for a stopped up toilet, I found shit piled up to the RIM. I used my auger to get down through it to open the toilet. It was a bastard of a job.
As I cleaned things up, I remarked to the patient. “As much as I hated this job, I cannot imagine how much better you feel since you unloaded”
He was not feeling well at all, but he did give me a smile.
I’ve been the butt wiper and shit cleaner. I have such an appreciation for the coworkers who do that. You really have to care about people to do that with delicacy and consideration.
Two more days. It’s going to extend probably onto my hip, so I am wondering if I should text and ask what would be a good decision to wear. I have sensitive skin, and I don’t want to damage my tattoo. I’m getting lunch early with a gal pal, and I am getting a massage before the session so I’ll be de-tensed. (Is that a word? Is now…)

If your skin is sensitive, I’d leave out profanity.
If I were to get any text, I would probably research some of the 1970’s rock music albums for ideas.
The massage sounds good tattoo or not. (and a pedicure too!)
What to wear; Depends how much you wanna cover up! :p You could always just lie there in a bra and panties.
Also depends on temperature… I’d just go with a loose top that can be pulled up, and loose pants like sweatpants or a pair of shorts in a similar material. And if it extends so much down on your hip that it reaches your pantyline, seamless panties 🙂 Just anything that won’t be tight around the tattoo. If it’s in the area of your bra, be aware that you shouldn’t wear a bra for about a week or so 🙂

Oh, I don’t think he’ll put any Thai text on it. Just the tiger. He speaks Mandarin very well, but I don’t trust his Thai. I gave myself a mani and pedi last night. 😉 Years of being a poor, poor, poor student has made me weird about paying someone.

I’m cool with other people being nude. Me? No. I dislike being vulnerable. I figured in this nice washable dress, I could pull shorts on to show him my inner thighs because I don’t enjoy blinding people, and remove the shorts and underwear on my way home. The tattoo will be beneath the rib cage, on the top of the hip. I think pants might hurt.
Just remember that you’re gonna need to pull that dress up when you get tattooed ;D
Don’t have to hurt 🙂 I wore jeans when I got my stomach and hips tattooed. They just weren’t too tight around the waist, so it worked out alright 🙂
Lived in sweatpants that next week though..!

I hope you’re not riding a motorcycle.

This is true. I wanted to have him look at my legs to tattoo on the thigh portion, but hell, modesty has never been one of my virtues, although I’d rather not have a dress gathered about my torso for the tattooing. Some nice soft jeans should be okay. I hope. 🙂 My abdomen was okay, but I don’t have tons of sensation there.

You kidding? I’m so chaste, I don’t ride ANYTHING.
T – 25 hours. I am really getting anxious. Waiting is hard for me.
When I was having work done on the peacock that runs from my ribs down my side and the side of my thigh I wore a dress that had kind of a tube style top then flared out, kind of flowy on the bottom. That way the side she was working on could be tucked up at about bra level while the other side was still modestly covered. Somewhat. Some appointments we were able to move the side of the undies out of the way. Some appointments required me to go commando. I was able to put them back on over the wrap for the drive home. Luckily I was off work when healing from those appointments so I stayed home a lot in that style of dress (and nothing else). Healed up beautifully.
I’m very lucky Ryan is very professional. I’ve never gone commando. (Which is odd. I see a lot of naked people.) I might size up and wear some of my mom’s shorts I can roll up and down to be comfy. Lots of good ideas. I’d just hate to blind someone.
Apparently tattoo artists love white white skin. I met Rich Pineda last week. He is going to do my next piece. He took one look at me and said “look how white your skin is, oooooh and look how well you heal”. He looked so happy. Minutes later another artist commented to Ish about what a nice white canvas he was getting to work on. And that’s me at the end of a long sunny summer and 5 days in LA sunshine. So your artist will love that skin that never sees daylight.

No can do on my face. You wanna see my face, you can do that in person. (If Jerry will hang with me, I would love to see him in a week.)
In what?
You wouldn’t love to see me after u saw me. I thought that was supposed to be in august? Pm me details and I’ll see if I can make the trek….if I didn’t already miss the window.

Oh. yeah. Same here. Get it from Dad’s dad. Super pale. We’d look like a couple of painted ghosts hanging out.
