hey everyone. this is kind of like my intro, but had some questions so i figured id do it all in one thread. anyways, my right arm is 1/2 sleeve with a day of the dead lady with the filipino sun and stars surrounded by doves and roses. i want to finish the inner part of my arm, but since the outer day of the dead is more of a “soft”, non scaryish design, i was thinking of going with an evil looking peice on the inside. or….should i keep a softer theme?
also, i want to start a full sleeve on my left arm, but i want a completely different style. thining of going with a filipino tribal all the way down. i guess im just worried that it will clash too much with what i already have.

It’s a bad pic. Was taken with a cell phone and the glare from the light was shining directly on it. But when in the sun, sun block is automatic

so IMO the tattoo in the first pic you call a half sleeve looks like just a tattoo and not a sleeve.it does not seem to go all the way around your arm,so call it what it is,a tattoo.

Sorry about my terminology. Still new to the tattoo scene. I was just seeking input for the inner part of my arm. With that done, would it then be considered a 1/2 sleeve?

well ya,IMO a sleeve is just that,it goes around the entire arm,whether it’s called a 1/2,3/4,or full sleeve,I know it’s nit picking but oh well. 🙂 and that last pic from Kulture Tattoo,I like that style,I have been to Kauai & had that artist do a tattoo on me.
