Hi there…
After quite a few years dreaming of having a tat… I finally went and got one…
I spent quite awhile searching for a suitable tat… one that would be personal to me…
At the end of the day I don’t wish to be a sheep… and have the same crap that everyone else appears to be having… either trible or them bloody stupid stars… (Rant Over With… lol)
So here is the partially completed image…
The design as you can probably tell is ICARUS… Who did not listen to his fathers advice… and flew to close to the sun…
It basically sums up my life so far…

This is the work of Jaq… Underground Tattoo – Brownhills…
It’s still a bit red, as these images were only taken 4 hours after having the work done…
So far it’s taken 2.5 hours to get this far… so all being well another 3 hours should complete the work…
I’m interested in hearing peoples feed back on my first Tat…

The tattoo still needs about 3 hours work on it before it’s completed… Or there abouts…
There are yet to be clouds added underneath the tat and a sun with rays on my shoulder with him looking towards to sun… all being well the finished tat should look good…
I do hope that I chose well, and that the tattoo is not seen as offencive to anyone…
The artist is known as JAQ, She works for the Underground Tattoo Studio in Brownhills – Walsall…
She works alongside Mick McCormack… both have been working in the industry for 20 odd years…

Icarus is from Greek Mythology… as far as I’m aware he was never an angel…
In fact I beleive he drowned and his body was never recovered from the sea…
The Tat… will never contain any colour as I feel this would make the tat look tacky…
