Turning out sweet!
I have one more small session to go and it will be done, sit for just over 5 hours tonight.
love it.
how does the wrist go on the pain scale?
The wrist was the most painful spot but it wasn’t unbearable by any means.
I might just have a high tolerance for pain though, there was a guy that came in with his girlfriend and got a 4 leaf clover about 2″ or so high on his stomach and he whined the whole time, even his girlfriend told him to quit being a puss…
thats looking the dogz bollox… kudos to the artist he is doing you proud.
just noticed, he is like me……. no ink showing ….. i only have 2 pieces on show, the rest are covered with clothing 😉

Yeah he has some on his chest, including a few you can just see over his shirt collar line. This tat is actually a collaboration between him and another artist and they couldn’t be any more different as far as looks go. The other guy is covered including celtic knotwork on his head and face and goes by the name of “nails.” Both of them are really cool, and really good artists.
Nails did the drawing (straight from out of his head to my arm via sharpie) and some of the linework on the first session but was doing a back piece last night so Wes(the guy in the picture) did the shading and coloring.
I still have 1 more short session to go on the 23rd, to fill in a few jars on the side and the big laser things at top, should only be an hour or so left.
I am completely stoked with how it has turned out!
Hi
That is some sweet looking ink you have there.
The shade and colour is looking great.
Take Care

It’s really, really, really, really, really, really stupid of me, but I can’t trust a tattoo artist who appears to have less ink than me. I want the mother fucker to have AT LEAST as much visible ink as I do.
My artist moved out of state for a couple years before he came back, and in the down time, I went looking for a new one. There’s this really well recommended shop down by my place, Read’em and Weep Tattoos, and the owner’s portfolio was awesome….
But he didn’t have a single tattoo. Has never gotten one–I asked. No piercings either.
I walked right out.
As for the tattooo…man that is one killer piece of ink. You wear that son of a bitch proudly!
Love. Peace. Metallica.

Yeah I was apprehensive until I seen the ones on his lower neck. He does awesome work and one of the first things I noticed when I walked in was the 6 or 7 trophies from tattoo contests he had won. I only wish I had known about this guy earlier so I could have had some of my other work done by him.
There is another shop in town where the main guy doesn’t have any tattoos, and doesn’t want any. His work sucks too though, I honestly don’t know how that guy is still in business.
And I agree, I will NOT be tattooed by somebody that doesn’t have any tattoos themselves, that doesn’t even make sense.
